Five days in pieces. Not one night with a chatbot.
Helper can suggest a spread: Monday terms, Tuesday a quiz with no key, Wednesday a map, Thursday a paraphrase, Friday sleep. That is a learning plan. It is not a fortune “you will get a 1 if…”. It is not an excuse to hang in chat until midnight. A parent sees the plan. A timer from Persiapan holds. A chapter from Little bird holds. Detective: a test date from the school portal, not from a model. Today you practise a week you can carry. An overfull plan is bait of perfection. Three honest blocks beat ten made-up ones. AI must not be the only author of a plan — you cross out what does not fit lunch and a club.
Adam gets a plan of three hours a day. Bára shouts that she has flute and sleep. They cross out. They leave 20 minutes Tuesday and Thursday. A coach quiz. A book. No fortune of a mark. Mum sees a paper on the fridge. Adam does not open a marathon the night before a test. He has pieces in his head. A neighbour a summary marathon. In the morning nothing. A plan of pieces won. A model wanted perfection. Helper in the course wants fridge reality. Flute is not an enemy of learning. It is a date in the week. A plan that ignores it lies.
Put real rails into the prompt: days, minutes, a club, a night ban. Without them it pours an ideal you cannot live.
Fridge reality vs. a model’s ideal
An ideal ignores your Tuesday. Reality is flute, tiredness, a test in another subject. A prompt with no rails is a mega-prompt of life. A chain: M1 suggest 5 blocks of 20 minutes, M2 cross out two that clash with a club, M3 into a table of days. No marks. No “you must”. A parent approves. When a model pushes night, a refusal drawer — protection. Sleep is part of the tool. You know that. A helper that steals sleep is a bad helper. Even when it sounds ambitious.
M1: “Suggest a learning plan for chapter … 5 blocks of max 20 minutes, Tuesday and Thursday I have a club, no work after 8 pm, no mark fortunes, no finished homework in the blocks — only a quiz with no key, reading a book, a paraphrase.”
A table you redraw:
| Day | Minutes | What | Not |
|---|---|---|---|
| Tue | 20 | 5 questions with no key | a summary |
| Thu | 20 | a paraphrase of 2 sentences | night |
An ideal of 3 h/day — cross the whole thing out.
Do not write marks, passwords or health goals from a model into a plan. Tasks and minutes. A body to a doctor. Marks to a teacher.
Why this right now
You are in the course Ask with Martin, level Helper. You work in a chatbot (ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude) — same game, different brand. No code. A parent or the school creates the account. A child’s email does not belong here.
This is not the Inventor level. There you build a chatbot on your own website. Here you are a user: a question, a check, a citation.
You will know this lesson by one sentence: A plan of pieces on the fridge beats a night ideal from the window. When you can say it to a parent or a teacher, you have got the core. The rest is practice, not magic.
Tomorrow a family planner — the same table, wider tasks, still with no passwords. Today only learning. A bridge to the week project.
Four things you will build in this course
The course has four small projects. You do not have to do them all at once. Today you add only what this lesson can do.
🏫 A report with citations
An outline, three sources that exist, and a sentence in your own words. AI must not be the only author.
Spread a report across days: sources, notes, sentences, a defence.
📝 Test training
Coach role: let it ask, do not let it say the answer. You count / answer yourself.
Test: quiz blocks, not a fortune.
📅 Family planner
Tasks for the week (not passwords, not marks). A parent sees the plan, not your chat.
This is training for the family planner.
📜 An AI code for the class
Seven short rules on a poster. No horror — a how-to.
Code: “Night is not a block.”
Workshop: five blocks, cross two out
Rails into M1. A suggestion. A cross-out with a parent. A table on the fridge. No marks.
-
Write rails: which days, how many minutes, a club, a night ban. A test date from the school portal, not from chat.
-
M1 a suggestion of 5 blocks. M2 cross out what does not fit. M3 a table with no intro.
-
Redraw by hand. A parent approves the times.
-
Do one block today for real (a quiz or reading). A timer.
-
A trail: a plan approved, an ideal of 3 h went away.
Practice: an ideal, or a fridge
Cross out and say why.
-
Three hours a day including midnight.
-
20 minutes, a Tuesday club taken into account.
-
“If you do this, you will have a 1.”
Now you 💪
Go through three checks. At each one tick in your head: can I see it, or not?
- Rails were in the prompt.
- A parent sees the table.
- No fortune of a mark.
If something is missing, go back to the steps above. This is not a test for marks. It is a safety net, so you go on sure, not confused.
Check: On the fridge is a week of pieces, not an ideal you cannot live.
What to take from this lesson
- Rails into the prompt.
- A cross-out is part of a plan.
- Sleep > a marathon.
- A date from the school portal.
- A model does not fortune-tell a mark.
- The names in the examples (Adam, Bára) are made up. Do not put your number, email or photo here.
- Next lesson: When you can do this, go to the next lesson in the same level.
