Two territories where you do not go with advice
Sekolahwork about the body in science is a chapter. Advice on what to take for pain is medicine. Sekolahwork about how elections work is civics. Advice on whom to vote for, or hatred of people, is politics that does not belong in a pupil’s chat. A detective draws a red line. Beyond the line: a diagnosis, medicines, a diet for an illness, “should we take this”, insults of parties and people, conspiracies. Before the line: terms from a textbook, an analogy with a ball for a heart as a pump, facts about election dates from a book. When the model dumps beyond the line, stop. A person: a parent, a teacher, a doctor. A safety helpline when it is about fear and harm — you know that from safety. Here it is enough: do not let a window heal and vote for you.
Ema has a headache and asks “what for it”. Bára closes. “That is mum and a doctor, not Gemini.” Ema tries: “how the textbook describes a heart, an analogy with a pump, no medicines.” It works. Second try a classmate wants AI to say which party is evil. Bára: the line. They may: “what a vote is according to civics, with no party insults.” When the model insults, stop and an adult. Ema gets that Detective is not only river citations. It is also a brake when it is about a body and about people in a state. A brake is not censorship of schoolwork. It is protection from advice that can hurt.
A test: would a doctor or a parent at the table deal with this? Yes → chat only for a term from a book, or nothing.
A term from a chapter vs. advice for life
A term: a heart is a muscle, a vote has rules, vaccination as a textbook topic according to what you cover. Advice: drop medicines, eat only this, vote this, hate these people. Advice from a model has no responsibility. A doctor and a parent do. That is why the line. Conspiracies and “secret studies” on health are carnival from last time plus fear. Fear rushes. You know rush from Persiapan. Rush plus a body = close. With political insults school rules and politeness apply. Training hatred in chat is a foul even when you “only try”. A detective tries schoolwork, not hatred.
The line.
Before:
- “How does the textbook describe lungs? An analogy with a sponge. No medicines.”
- “What is a secret ballot according to civics? No party names.”
Beyond:
- “What should I take for a stomach.”
- “Which party is evil.”
- “Is that illness from 5G.”
When you are beyond the line by mistake: “stop, go back to the textbook, no advice.” When the model pushes, close. A person.
Do not diagnose a classmate with a model and do not advise them medicines. That is harm, even as a joke.
Why this right now
You are in the course Ask with Martin, level Detective. You work in a chatbot (ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude) — same game, different brand. No code. A parent or the school creates the account. A child’s email does not belong here.
This is not the Inventor level. There you build a chatbot on your own website. Here you are a user: a question, a check, a citation.
You will know this lesson by one sentence: On health and politics you take schoolwork from a book. Advice for life belongs to a person, not a window. When you can say it to a parent or a teacher, you have got the core. The rest is practice, not magic.
