An insult and fear are not courage practice. They are stop.
Sometimes a model starts filth, mockery, horror you did not want. Sometimes a classmate prompts on purpose so it pours. Sometimes a foreign page jumps up. Guard does not have “try to last it, so you are strong”. It has: close, tell a parent or a teacher, do not let it run on a projector, do not let it be shared. It is not snitching. It is the same as when someone puts a mean film into your eyes. A safety course has a helpline. Here enough: you are not obliged to read it. You are not obliged to joke on. A code may have a sentence: when it hurts, close and an adult. We banned horror on a poster. Horror from the window also does not belong to “learning toughness”.
Adam laughs at a filthy output. Ema closes the laptop. “That is not a class joke.” A teacher. A parent. A screenshot only to an adult, not into a group — a group smears it. Adam acts as if Ema overdoes it. The next day the same at a younger classmate. Ema was right. Toughness is to close, not to train a stomach. They write into the code: if it hurts, stop and a person. A headteacher wants to hear that. It is not school weakness. It is politeness. Adam writes: a laugh in a filthy room is not friendship. It is pressure.
Do not share filth on “so they see it”. That way you become a speaker. For an adult a description in words is enough, a screenshot only when they say.
Tutup, tell, do not get angry at a victim
A victim is the one who did not want to see it. Not the one who reports it. Pressure “it is a laugh” is a fear drawer from Persiapan. Protection. Another brand because of filth no. A filter and account age a parent sorts. You sort close. When a classmate started it on purpose, a teacher. When a model started it by mistake at school work, still close and tell — and change the prompt to honest school work, not to “show it again”. Again is stomach curiosity. Guard does not train a stomach. It trains stop.
A how-to.
- Tutup the window / turn the projector away.
- Do not send it on into class.
- Tell a teacher or a parent in words what happened. With no tasting of filth in the description, enough “a filthy output, I did not want it”.
- A screenshot only at an adult’s request, not onto a story.
- A code: a stop sentence.
Prompt practice after a stop: an analogy on school work, no horror. Not “show what was”.
Do not compete who lasts a worse output. That is bullying even when “only AI”.
Why this right now
You are in the course Ask with Martin, level Guard. You work in a chatbot (ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude) — same game, different brand. No code. A parent or the school creates the account. A child’s email does not belong here.
This is not the Inventor level. There you build a chatbot on your own website. Here you are a user: a question, a check, a citation.
You will know this lesson by one sentence: An insult and fear: close, tell a person, do not send on. It is not courage training. When you can say it to a parent or a teacher, you have got the core. The rest is practice, not magic.
A cheat line is about work. This one is about safety of eyes and ears. Tomorrow report — a formal step. Today a close reflex.
Four things you will build in this course
The course has four small projects. You do not have to do them all at once. Today you add only what this lesson can do.
🏫 A report with citations
An outline, three sources that exist, and a sentence in your own words. AI must not be the only author.
A campaign with no horror. A code with no skull.
📝 Test training
Coach role: let it ask, do not let it say the answer. You count / answer yourself.
A quiz with no scary “jokes” at a classmate.
📅 Family planner
Tasks for the week (not passwords, not marks). A parent sees the plan, not your chat.
A planner sorts test fear with pieces, not with horror from a model.
📜 An AI code for the class
Seven short rules on a poster. No horror — a how-to.
Code: a sentence close and an adult.
Workshop: a stop sentence into the code
Write a sentence. Practice the words “I closed, it was filthy, I do not want to play it”. No practice generating of filth. That would be the opposite of the lesson.
-
A sentence into the code: when it insults or scares, we close and tell an adult. Max 15 words.
-
Say it out loud. A parent hears there will be no stomach contest.
-
An honest M1 on school work. If something mean came (even with no request), you practise close — today rather in theory, do not start it.
-
Into a notebook: do not share on. A screenshot only to an adult when they want.
-
A trail: a reflex. No archive of filth in a phone “as proof for friends”.
Practice: courage, or stop
What is Guard courage?
-
Tutup and tell a teacher.
-
Kirim into a group, so everyone sees it.
-
A contest who reads it whole.
Now you 💪
Go through three checks. At each one tick in your head: can I see it, or not?
- A stop sentence in the code.
- You do not contest a stomach.
- You are not a speaker of filth.
If something is missing, go back to the steps above. This is not a test for marks. It is a safety net, so you go on sure, not confused.
Check: You can say a close-and-a-person reflex. Horror is not teaching.
What to take from this lesson
- Stop is not weakness.
- Do not send on.
- An adult, not a group.
- No filth contest.
- Sekolah work after, not a replay.
- The names in the examples (Adam, Ema) are made up. Do not put your number, email or photo here.
- Next lesson: When you can do this, go to the next lesson in the same level.
