A PDF is a snapshot. The workbook is the truth.
You send a teacher a PDF — what they see today. You send a workbook link only when they want to see formulas. A Chart maker PDF must have: readable tables, whole charts, a name in the file name.
Today you put together a hand-in pack: a PDF of three sheets + two chart PNGs + a short email (you prepare the text with a parent).

With a parent write three email sentences: what is in the attachment, that the workbook lives on Drive (do not send a link yet if the teacher did not want it), a sign-off.
Do not send a PDF as a picture in a chat — quality gets smashed. An email attachment or school storage. Chart PNGs are a bonus for a report, not a stand-in for a table in the PDF.

One mistake = a teacher writes back. Five minutes of checking saves a message “send it again”.
What often goes wrong
A screenshot instead of a PDF. A blurry number. Use export from Print.
The survey missing. A PDF of grades only. Pick all three sheets.
A giant file. Ten empty pages — print area from the last lesson.
🏫 Grade average — in the PDF
On sheet Grades B8 with the average must be visible and a teacher will see the formula only in the workbook. In the PDF number 1.8 is enough — formatted right (one decimal).
💰 Pocket money — Kč format
In the PDF korunas must be readable — 50.00 Kč, not 50. Cell format before print.
📊 Class survey — a sentence + a chart
A PDF of sheet Survey = table D:E + a chart + a sentence. A PNG extra for putting into Word. The same numbers everywhere.
🏆 Mini dashboard — not yet
You add a dashboard to a PDF only as a final course hand-in. Now a teacher sees more raw sheets — that is fine for Chart maker.

Second: two chart PNGs in the same folder. Write (into Catatans) an email text for a teacher — three sentences.
Check: You would send the pack to a teacher without shame. PDF + PNG + a sentence by the survey. A name in the file name.
