Project: a class trip

One trip paper, not ten chats

The project: one sheet. A ceiling, lines with labels, a reserve, who watches the till (an adult), dates, what when it runs out, plan B. Practice numbers, if there is no trip. When there is, a teacher says the numbers — you do not throw them onto Discord.

This is the third big project of the course (after pocket money and a list). A shared till has rules.

Filip starts a group “till” and collects card numbers. Eliška one sheet onto a teacher’s desk. A teacher takes the sheet. Filip’s group is a risk and a ranking. The course takes the sheet.

The sheet is a plan

The sheet holds the team in one truth. A chat has twenty truths. That is why a sheet.

Do not copy someone else’s pocket-money amounts into the sheet. Only the till. Privasi.

Plan B: if they closed entry — a park, a game in a backpack, a snack. B is not “someone will top up”. B is another action in the limit.

Inflation: check entry when the sheet is old. A soft number.

You do not carry everyone’s money home. An adult.

Practice numbers, not a bank statement. Eliška has 80 Kč in the want envelope. Filip pushes a step this lesson can name. When Eliška uses the core, either it waits for a parent, or it fits the envelope. If not, anger and a hole are left — proof of pressure, not that the lesson is pointless.

Why this right now

You are in the course Money with Martin, level Planner. You can write numbers in a notebook or a table, but the topic is money and decisions, not Excel formulas. The account, the card and the PIN belong to a parent. A child’s email does not belong here. Do not put pocket-money numbers on the network.

This is not the Sheets with Martin course. A table may help, but the mark of success is a decision, not SUM.

What to tell a parent with no wage and no account number: “Today I went through project: a class trip — A class trip = one sheet with a till and plan B. A chat is not a till.” If they have no time, a slip in the notebook is enough. Stories and class chat are not enough.
