When they ask for an AI Act number, you say: I am not a lawyer, we watch data and someone else’s sentences. When they ask whether everyone will keep it, you say the truth: we will come back, it is not magic. Lies about perfection fall. Reading from a phone falls. A new dump as a handout falls. Practice with a parent in a headteacher role. Strict time. That is Guard for real. It is not a theatre of fear of a headteacher. It is politeness to their time and to truth of a wall.

A timer on 2:00. When 20 seconds remain, finish with the line, not with a new paragraph. A paragraph at the end is a congress.
Time, a wall, truth about a hole
Time is politeness. A wall is proof. Truth about a hole: we are still learning, we come back to the line. A headteacher is not an enemy. They are a school referee. Do not promise a headteacher the impossible. Promise verbs and coming back to the line. Not a promise that nobody ever slips.
