The course is not a mark
Stay safe with Martin has levels: 准备课, Key keeper, Hunter, Shadow, Broadcaster, Guard, Adviser. You are not a police officer. You are not a hacker. You can do calm — sentences, methods, paper with a parent, a poster in class.
A reflection = honestly: what can I say out loud? What is 完成 from the projects? What one thing is missing?
One hole is better than a feeling “I had everything”. Write one thing with a date. Adviser ends with an action, not a feeling that you preached more.
What you should be able to do (a checklist)
Key keeper / Hunter:
- a strong password, a password manager with a parent
- a scam: rush, a weird address, I do not read a code
- hunters: I do not click, I show an adult
Shadow:
- switch a permission off
- reject cookies
- a phone audit on paper
Broadcaster:
- a screenshot for an adult, not for revenge
- cyberbullying: a screenshot, do not argue, an adult
- a safer profile
Guard:
- 2FA, a photo backup, a lock, Find My, a loss plan
Adviser:
- family rules on the fridge
- a campaign — a poster approved by a teacher
- help a friend — a bridge, not a hero

What to say at home
To a parent:

A reflection is not a self-mark. Nobody fails. A missing poster = a task for next week, not shame.
