Work may be. Rent from it is not.

A small job or a reward for a task is income from an agreement. It has rules: age, a parent’s yes, safety, school. It is not an inflation cheat. It is not a duty to save the flat. It is an extra map, when the family says yes.

An agreement, age, a line

A parent and a teacher know the law on small jobs, not you by heart as a lawyer. You know: not dangerous, not at night alone, not with no yes, not for silence, not for an account.

Write the income. A path into L promised in advance, so W does not eat the small job on day one. A 3-month goal may speed up. It must not become blame from a small job, when once it cannot.

Comparing small jobs in class is a ranking. Some children may not, some need not, some have none. A map.
