Seven days of truth in a row

A week is long enough for a rhythm to show, and short enough that you can carry it. The task: seven balances. Not seven perfect savings. Seven truths. Even when spending is zero. Even when there is a hole.

This is a test of the notebook, not a test of being modest. Who “wins” the week because they wrote nothing down, lost the lesson.

Sofie writes in the evening. Monday 70, Tuesday 70, Wednesday 45, Thursday 45, Friday 20, Saturday 20, Sunday 15. She sees Friday. Juices. Matyáš has a blank and on Sunday writes “about 50”. That is not seven days. That is one fog.

Matyáš is angry that Sofie “won”. Sofie has a curve. Matyáš has shyness. The course takes the curve.

A run is proof

One hole in seven days is normal. Seven holes means the notebook does not live by the toothbrush. Bring the tool closer. Do not shrink the truth.

Watch what repeats. Not a hunt for guilt. Repeated juice is information. Information goes into the want envelope. Information “on Friday calm vanishes” is information too. Friday may have a rule.

Do not compare your week with someone else’s. Pocket-money rhythm is different. The start is different. A ranking from 7 days is small and just as poisonous.

A parent may see the week. The class may not. A screenshot of the notebook is not homework for Discord.

1. Write today’s balance now. Date. Kč.

2. A place where the notebook lives, plus a signal (an alarm, a toothbrush).

3. A rule: even zero. Even a marked hole.

4. Tell a parent: “I am writing a week. Numbers do not go on the network.”

You count with a start, not with a promise that you will catch up on Sunday. A caught-up Sunday is a lesson about a hole, not about seven days.
