Volume is care for the back row, not a shout and not a whisper.
A projector hums. The first row hears you even quietly. The back does not. Volume is not shame. It is care: a sentence should reach the door. It is not shouting at a teacher who sits a metre from you. It is not a whisper into a laptop. Say a sentence to the door, as if an uncle who hears badly sat there. Chin off the chest. Breath. Slower, not shriller. When you speed up, the voice drops. When you shout an insult to be heard, that is not volume. It is rudeness. The filter holds out loud too. Today one slide. The goal is ears at the door, not a laptop

At school count on projector hum: more voice, not more slides. In PowerPoint the same practice. A whisper as a dummy run on purpose. Hear how the sentence dies. Then right. Do not shout an insult across the class to be heard. Volume is not rudeness. A teacher a metre from you does not need a screech. The back row needs a full sentence. That is one voice setting for the whole speech, not shouting only at a joke. When you have water, drink before the start, not in the middle of a word. Gum hides the voice. Spit it out before Present (F5). A parent’s account. An email does not belong on a slide. When the door says yes, hold that setting the whole speech. Do not add a screech at a joke and a whisper at a number. One volume. The back row should hear the sentence what it is about, and the scene too.

At school imagine the door even when a parent is missing. Speak there. A laptop is not an audience. The test is simple. A parent at the door repeats the sentence what it is about. When they repeat only the first two words, the voice did not arrive. Slow down. Add voice. Do not speed up. Speed hides the voice. A parent repeats the sentence from the threshold. Eight slides for school: a start, three proofs, an end. The title on every slide is a sentence, not “Slide 3”.
Report: a name, a date, a number — extra slowly and hearable.
📊 Survey results
A chart from a table (not a screenshot from chat) and under it where the numbers come from.
Survey: say the number to the door. A chart on the slide does not replace ears.
⚖️ A defence
You say one sentence, show proof, answer “and what if…”. If you do not know, you say I don’t know.
Defence: a teacher at the back must hear one sentence what it is about, without a shout.

A parent is the back row. You do not change slides. You change voice.
