School is not Discord and Discord is not school
A school account carries your name, class, homework, marks. School manages it. A teacher sees what goes under it. A private account is yours or the family’s — a game, chat with friends, email from parents.
The rule from Prep still holds:
- School = school door. A different password. I do not lend it. I do not write from it into a game chat “just to try”.
- A game / private chat = other doors. A different email, a different nickname. I do not put the school address there “because I know it”.
When you mix them, one mistake hits both. A password leak from a game will not threaten school — when they are different passwords and different accounts.
A school email for registering a game = school sees spam, a leak, a scam. A parent will help set up a family or game email separately.
What belongs where

Google Classroom is not WhatsApp. Memes you would not send at the board do not belong in school chat. A school password does not belong in a game chat.
The same password = one key to two houses
When you have the same password for school and a game:
- a friend “for a laugh” tries the password elsewhere
- a leak from one service opens the other
Each service a different sentence. The vault remembers. You remember the main lock of the vault.
What to say
“Sign in to the game with the school mail.”
“The game has its own account. School is for school.”
“Send the password to school Drive.”
“A password does not belong on Drive. I will ask a parent about the vault.”
How it fits the projects
👤 Safer profile. A game profile ≠ school name + class.
Family vault. School and a game as two records — different passwords.

With a parent, write two lines for the audit: school account (who knows the password), game/private (a different email yes/no).

Is the game account on the same email as school? If yes, a plan to separate — with a parent, not necessarily today immediately.

Are the passwords the same? If yes, prepare a new sentence in the vault for one service.
