Linka bezpečí and school

116 111 is not shame. School has a trust box.

116 111 is not only for “terrible cases”

Linka bezpečí 116 111 is free, anonymous, quiet. You call when it is hard — cyberbullying, fear of school, fights at home, a scam, a feeling you have nobody to tell.

It is not shame. It is not “only for the worst”. It is enough that it is hard and the adult you know is not there right now.

When to call:

The line does not come physically in an hour. It helps you talk and say where next — a parent, school, the police, when it is needed.

💡

Save 116 111 into contacts today. When it is night and the head is empty, you will not be googling. On the campaign poster it is big — so the class can see it from a desk.

School: a trust box

Most schools have a trust box, a school psychologist or a teacher who deals with it. Ask the class teacher: Where to go when there is an online problem?

Cyberbullying is dealt with at school, even if it was in the evening. Class chat is still class.

  1. Save 116 111 into the phone (with a parent).

  2. Find out from the class teacher: Who at school deals with cyberbullying? Where is the trust box?

  3. On the campaign poster: 116 111 + one school place (a teacher, a box). A teacher approves the text.

What to say at home

To a parent:

“I saved 116 111. I know where to go at school. When I am afraid, I can call — even if I tell you too.”

To a classmate:

“116 111 is not only for crises. When you are afraid, call. Or we go together to a teacher.”

Into family rules: 116 111 is in contacts. It is not shame to call.

⚠️

116 111 is not a joke “call for a laugh”. The line is for children in need. Spare it. Use it when you are having a hard time.

Now you 💪

Save 116 111. Ask the class teacher about the trust box — or write that you will ask next week.

Check the poster — is 116 111 big there?

Check: 116 111 in contacts. You know a school contact. The poster has the number.
