Chart maker does not mean “I can click Insert”
Chart maker means: data → the right chart type → labelled axes → colours with meaning → PNG/PDF for the world outside. The table under the chart must fit. An average does not belong in a column chart. A pie only for shares.
Today you go through the whole level and put together the final project charts — ready for a dashboard with Workbook boss.

What Chart maker passes on
Sorter will clean data for charts. Modeller counts scenarios you can then visualise. Workbook boss will copy your grades chart onto a Dashboard — that is why today the title and axes must be done.
Do not save charts without a name “until someone fixes it”. Fix it now.
🏫 Grade average — chart done
A column from grades, the average in B8 outside the chart. Format 1.8 with one decimal. The chart shows subjects, not the average.
💰 Pocket money — visualisation
One main chart + a sparkline. Kč format everywhere. Conditional formatting of spend over a limit.
📊 Class survey — ready to hand in
A summary, a chart, a sentence, a PNG. Numbers in the PDF = numbers in the table = labels on the chart.
🏆 Mini dashboard — ready
You will copy the grades chart onto the Dashboard. Have it final today — the right range A1:B6, title, axes. Pocket money on the dashboard rather as numbers + a sparkline, not a big chart.

- Go through the table at the top. Tick each row when you can.
- Make a hand-in folder: PDF + PNG. Show a parent or a partner — do they understand the chart without explaining?
- In Notes write one sentence: what was the hardest chart type and why.
