A cable is not your mark. Your mouth is.
IT fails: a cable, an account, a transition, sound, a black screen. It happens. The mark is not for HDMI. The mark is that you can say what it is about even with no slides. Plan B is a PDF on a parent’s Drive or on USB by school rules. Plan C is three sentences out loud: a start, one proof, an end. You do not lend an account password to a friend so someone opens it. They open an account, not a presentation. The day before you download a PDF and open it on another computer with a parent. Today once turn the monitor off as a dummy run and say three sentences. When Slides will not go, a PDF. When a PDF will not go, your mouth. The order holds. Panic reads a wall that is not there. A black wall wants your voice, not crying. A parent holds the account. An email does not belong on a slide even in an emergency. Today you download a PDF and once turn the picture off. So a black screen at the board does not surprise you.
Klára had no PDF. The account signed out. She cried at a black screen. The sentence stayed in her head. The class did not hear it. Marek a black screen, said the sentence, twelve kilometres, a question. He tried a PDF, it would not go. The mouth went. The teacher nodded. IT failed. He did not. After the lesson Klára downloaded a PDF with a parent and tried three sentences with no picture. A parent opened the PDF on another computer. The slides were there. Klára turned the monitor off and said three sentences. The voice shook, the sentence arrived. Marek wrote into title notes: plan B PDF, plan C mouth. They lent a password to nobody. In the morning at the board it would be late to download.

In Slides: File → Download → PDF Document. Save on a parent’s Drive. When school allows USB, copy the PDF there too. Open as a dummy run on another PC with a parent. Do you see slides? In PowerPoint: File → Export → Create PDF, or Save as PDF. Do not write a password into a file on a scrap. Say one sentence what it is about, without Present (F5). Then one proof. Then an end. Three sentences. Stopwatch: can you carry a minute even with no picture? Into notes of the first slide write: plan B PDF, plan C mouth. No password. When in the morning Slides hang, first a PDF. When that hangs too, your mouth. Do not lend an account. An adult handles sharing. Your email does not belong on a slide even in an emergency. A parent’s account watches Drive. USB only by school. Check opening with an adult. Do not stick a password on a scrap to USB. The original on Drive stays the truth. A PDF is a backup, not five copies into chat. Chat with work cannot replace a backup.

Right: Marek, a black screen, three sentences, the teacher heard what it is about.
IT may play the guilty one. You still carry the mark with your mouth. Equally wrong is crying at a black screen and waiting for a teacher to fix HDMI with a mark. The mark is for speech. Right is a minute with no picture: a start, proof, an end. You must be able to say a number from a chart by heart. Three sentences by heart: a start, proof, an end. A PDF yesterday. A password to nobody. The mark is for the mouth.
Do not lend an account password so someone opens it. A PDF, USB by school, your mouth. Three paths. No child’s password to a friend. Never.

The course has four small projects. You do not have to do them all at once. Today you add only this:

Five slides about something you like doing. One sentence about what it is. No paragraphs from your notebook.
Hobby: three sentences with no slides carry a scene. A photo album with no mouth does not.
📚 A report
Eight slides for school: a start, three proofs, an end. The title on every slide is a sentence, not “Slide 3”.
Report: a start, one proof, an end. Chapters 2 and 3 wait when the screen dies.
📊 Survey results
A chart from a table (not a screenshot from chat) and under it where the numbers come from.
Survey: you must be able to say the number by heart. A chart is a helper, not a crutch.
⚖️ A defence
You say one sentence, show proof, answer “and what if…”. If you do not know, you say I don’t know.
Defence: a black screen is a test whether the sentence is yours, or only on the slide.
A PDF and three sentences in the dark
First you download a PDF. Then you turn the picture off. The mouth must carry a minute.

In Slides: File → Download → PDF Document. Save on a parent’s Drive. In PowerPoint: File → Export → PDF. Open the PDF on another computer with a parent. Do you see slides?

Once turn it off on purpose. So at the board it does not surprise you.

Tell a parent where the PDF sits. Do not send it into class chat with a pile of versions.
