Truth about help. Not a stamp that excuses theft.
Teachers more and more want to know whether AI was at the work. An honest note: it helped with a storm of slogans, with the order of five points, with an analogy A. Sentences, a drawing, a pick, a check — me. A fake in the bin. A bad note: “AI helped” under a whole generated poster, as if a stamp excused that you did nothing. It does not. It is an admission of a window author. Sometimes honest and work comes back. Better than a lie “not at all”. Best: small help, big your meat, an exact sentence. Maker ends with a signature that can carry a how question. Five dots plus one line about AI. No butter on the head, no stamp magic.
Adam writes “AI helped” under a print from a model and thinks he is fine. Bára: a teacher will return the print. A note is not a wash. Adam remakes a hand, slogans from a storm, a note: “AI suggested 8 slogans, I picked one, I drew, facts from a textbook p. 12, no image.” A teacher accepts the campaign. The note sits with what they see. At a print they would see a clash. A clash kills trust. Bára saves a sample note. It is not a legal paragraph. It is five ticks of truth.
A note must sit with what a teacher sees. They see a hand and read “only a spelling check” at a foreign tone? A lie.
A stamp is not an indulgence. It is a map of help.
An indulgence would say: I used it, so it is ok. It is not. A map says: here help, here me, here a bin. 학교 may ban help — then a note is “I did not use it” and it must be true. It may want an exact pattern — read the brief, do not invent APA about ChatGPT. You may: a simple sentence. You may not: hide that meat is from the window. Guard tomorrow gives a code. A note is personal honour at one work. A code is shared. Both need truth, not magic of the words AI helped.
A sample you may shorten.
“AI (brand) helped: 8 slogan suggestions and slide order. Me: a pick, a drawing, sentences, a check in a textbook p. … I did not use a finished poster from the window. An image from AI: no / yes with a sign.”
Bad: “AI helped.” under a print of a whole model. “I did not use it.” under a robot congress. “ChatGPT 5, OpenAI, 2024” as the only campaign source.
A note does not hide a cheat. When meat is from the window, remake the meat. Only then write a map.
Why this right now
You are in the course Ask with Martin, level Maker. You work in a chatbot (ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude) — same game, different brand. No code. A parent or the school creates the account. A child’s email does not belong here.
This is not the 인벤터 level. There you build a chatbot on your own website. Here you are a user: a question, a check, a citation.
You will know this lesson by one sentence: “AI helped” is a map that sits with visible work. It is not an indulgence for a print from the window. When you can say it to a parent or a teacher, you have got the core. The rest is practice, not magic.

Look at a campaign. Write a map that sits. When it does not sit, remake the wall, do not improve the map with a lie.

If something is missing, go back to the steps above. This is not a test for marks. It is a safety net, so you go on sure, not confused.
Check: A note is a map to your wall. A wall and a map do not fight.
