A team payout

From net profit by a share. An adult by a till. Not in a cloakroom quietly. Not onto an account from a chat.

A payout from net, in the light, by a sheet

A payout is a share from net profit, when leftover, cost and rules are 완료. Not from takings (that would eat cost). An adult counts or watches. You see three numbers and a share. Banker: not QR from a chat. Cashier: write income source a stall.

Jakub takings 300 split 4×75. Cost 120 Tereza carries from pocket money. Tereza −45, Jakub +75. A lie. Right: net 180, 4×45. Tereza mum returned cost from a till first. Then a share.

💡

Order: return cost who chipped it in → net → shares. A sheet. A witness a teacher.

Takings are not profit

Shopper a unit. Here the same. Giving from takings is like a discount with no base.

Income into a pocket-money notebook: a gift/a stall reward. It is not a rent wage.

Zero profit: 0 payout. A team can carry it, when it was on a sheet. When not, it hurts. That is why in advance.

Tereza wants to shorten it to “it will be fine somehow”. Jakub asks what the lesson A team payout is for, when a table can do a sum. A sum does not count respect, a PIN, a trap or an envelope. The core is: First cost back, then net, then a share. Takings are not split.

Adults pay the rent. The card, the account and the PIN belong to a parent. A child’s email does not belong here. Pocket-money numbers do not belong on the network. If you break these rules in the lesson “A team payout”, you know a word, not the course.

Net 180, 25% = 45. Four people. Cost returned. It sits. Jakub 75 from takings does not sit.

Practice numbers, not a bank statement. Tereza has 80 Kč in the want envelope. Jakub pushes a step this lesson can name. When Tereza uses the core, either it waits for a parent, or it fits the envelope. If not, anger and a hole are left — proof of pressure, not that the lesson is pointless.

⚠️

A payout onto an account of a “friend from a chat”. A trap. Coins by a teacher, or members’ parents.

Why this right now

You are in the course Money with Martin, level Till boss. You can write numbers in a notebook or a table, but the topic is money and decisions, not Excel formulas. The account, the card and the PIN belong to a parent. A child’s email does not belong here. Do not put pocket-money numbers on the network.

This is not the Sheets with Martin course. A table may help, but the mark of success is a decision, not SUM.

You will know this lesson by one sentence: First cost back, then net, then a share. Takings are not split. When you can say it to a parent or a teacher, you have the core. The rest is practice, not magic.

For next time you need a true payout. Otherwise next time nobody brings lemons.

If you skip this, the next lesson in level Till boss will stand on fog. You can do 180/4=45. You can refuse 75. You can refuse a chat account. It is not a test for marks. It is a safety net, so “A team payout” is not only a heading.

Four things you will build from the course

The course has four small projects. You do not have to do them all at once. Today you add only what this lesson can do.

🪙 Pocket money

A 14-day record: income, spending, balance. What you do not write down is as if you did not spend it — and that is a lie.

Pocket money: +45 source a stall.

🚌 Class trip

A budget, a reserve, a plan B. A shared till has rules.

A trip: a trip till is not split like this — other M.

🎮 Game shop

V-bucks and a loot box are a purchase. A subscription keeps going.

A game: a payout in a gem no.

🧾 Stall / mini-company

Cost, price, profit. Three numbers for the class.

A project: a share table on a sheet.

Workshop: 180 onto four

Count 45. Write the order of returning cost.

  1. Takings 300, cost 120, net 180, 4×45.

  2. Why not 4×75.

  3. A witness a teacher.

  4. A chat account on the no.

You count with 45. 75 is a lie on Tereza. A lie spoils next time more than small profit.

Pocket money: Pocket money: +45 source a stall. Do not write someone else’s amount, a PIN, an IBAN or “how much a classmate gets” next to it. A rule and a practice number are enough — or an honest zero.

Class trip: A trip: a trip till is not split like this — other M. Do not write someone else’s amount, a PIN, an IBAN or “how much a classmate gets” next to it. A rule and a practice number are enough — or an honest zero.

Game shop: A game: a payout in a gem no. Do not write someone else’s amount, a PIN, an IBAN or “how much a classmate gets” next to it. A rule and a practice number are enough — or an honest zero.

Stall: A project: a share table on a sheet. Do not write someone else’s amount, a PIN, an IBAN or “how much a classmate gets” next to it. A rule and a practice number are enough — or an honest zero.

What to tell a parent with no wage and no account number: “Today I went through a team payout — First cost back, then net, then a share. Takings are not split.” If they have no time, a slip in the notebook is enough. Stories and class chat are not enough.

Net, not takings. If you cannot see this, let the next lesson wait. It is not shame. It is a hole in the chapter, not in you.

Cost back first. If you cannot see this, let the next lesson wait. It is not shame. It is a hole in the chapter, not in you.

An adult by a split. If you cannot see this, let the next lesson wait. It is not shame. It is a hole in the chapter, not in you.

Three nos here too: do not chase a ranking, do not bypass a payment lock, do not carry blame for rent. When someone hurries for a code from an SMS, those are Banker and Sceptic doors, not a workshop in a rush.

Practice: takings, or net?

How much to whom?

  1. 300/4 vs. 180/4. What is a payout?

  2. Cost Tereza chipped in. What first?

  3. 0 profit. A payout?

  4. QR a chat. Why not?

Now you 💪

Go through three checks. By each one, tick in your head: do I see it, or not?

  1. Net, not takings.
  2. Cost back first.
  3. An adult by a split.

If something is missing, go back to the steps above. It is not a test for marks. It is a safety net, so you go on with certainty, not with a mess.

Check: You can do 180/4=45. You can refuse 75. You can refuse a chat account.
