One sentence of politeness. Not a citation of a regulation you did not open.
Children hear AI Act, GDPR, copyright law and want to sound clever. A model likes to pour articles that do not exist or do not hold at school the way it says. Guard takes one sentence: in 欧洲 and at school there are rules about data, about work and about politeness. An account and consent a parent and school watch. You do not carry data into chat and you do not hand in someone else’s work. Detail of a law an adult reads. You are not an office. A fake citation of article 42 is the same theatre as Novák 1998. A headteacher will rather value “I am not a lawyer, I watch data and the line” than a wrong regulation number. One sentence. Into the code. With no coat.
Ema lets it “list the AI Act for our noticeboard”. Articles pour. Bára opens — nothing sits with Year 6. The bin. They write: “Rules about data and honest work hold. Details school and a parent read. A chatbot is not a lawyer.” A headteacher nods. A neighbour’s poster with made-up paragraphs would make the school look silly. Ema gets that Guard is not a mini-lawyer. It is a pupil who knows where their craft ends. A law is not a quiz from chat. It is an adult with a document they see.
A ban: “cite a law.” An order: “one sentence with no article numbers, about data and about someone else’s work.”

学校 and a parent answer for an account, age, tools. You answer for what you send and what you hand in. That is enough. Regulation numbers change and mix. A model stacks them surely. Detective would bin. Guard bins too and does not leave them on a wall. 欧洲 here means: we are not in a wild with no rules. It does not mean: recite Brussels. A school code is a closer law than chat. You read a school code with a teacher. Chat does not rewrite it. One sentence holds both: data and honour of work. The rest is horror or a congress or theatre.
A sentence into the code (pick one, adjust):
“We are not lawyers. We do not carry data into chat and we do not hand in someone else’s sentences. Details of a law school and a parent read. A model does not invent paragraphs for us onto a wall.”
Bad: “According to article 14b of the AI Act 2024 pupils must…” (unopened, often a lie) A whole GDPR explanation on a poster.
A move: “One sentence, no article numbers, no studies.”
Do not let an “official wording” be generated for a noticeboard. Official wording is a document an adult opens, not a setter of words.
Why this right now
You are in the course Ask with Martin, level Guard. You work in a chatbot (ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude) — same game, different brand. No code. A parent or the school creates the account. A child’s email does not belong here.
This is not the 发明家 level. There you build a chatbot on your own website. Here you are a user: a question, a check, a citation.
You will know this lesson by one sentence: One sentence: rules exist, adults answer, you watch data and the line. A chatbot is not a lawyer. When you can say it to a parent or a teacher, you have got the core. The rest is practice, not magic.
Tomorrow a poster on a noticeboard. Without this sentence a poster would carry fake paragraphs. With it it carries verbs and one polite truth about a law.

- There is no hallucination of a paragraph on the wall.
- You know who answers for an account.
- A school code is closer than Brussels from the window.
