准备课 — finale · 跟马丁学编程

准备课 is not a test. It is a workshop.

In twelve lessons you built a base: account, Drive, workbook, sheets, copying, backup, sharing, keyboard. You have not yet counted an average with a formula or made a chart. That is fine. Cell kid and Formula kid will pick that up.

The finale = a big tidy of workbook Tables with Martin and a small survey project. When it is 完成, you can say: a spreadsheet is not foreign to me.

准备课 has no certificate of its own — it is free and open to everyone. The Cell kid and Formula kid certificates you get after the paid levels on the 证书 page. Now you collect habits, not paper.

Big task: a workbook ready for the course

Go through everything at once. Do not leave it for “I’ll finish later”.

账户: the circle top right = your email. Sharing restricted.
Workbook name: Tables with Martin. On Drive you find it by searching.
Sheets: Grades, 备注s, Pocket (plus optionally Survey). No Sheet1.
Grades: A1 Subject, B1 Grade. At least five subjects from A2. Grades as numbers.
Pocket: row 1 Day, In, Spent, Left. Days Mon–Sun in A2:A8. B and C can still be empty or with sample numbers.
备注s: in A1 a short note of what you remember from 准备课.

Mini project: a survey on a new sheet

One question, answers in a table. A chart comes in Chart maker — today data.

Plus at the bottom → sheet Survey.
A1 Snack, B1 Votes. Bold when you can do Cell kid — now at least clear headings.
In A2:A6 type five options (roll, apple, bar…). In B2:B6 counts — for example 3, 5, 2, 1, 0. Numbers on the right.
Stretch column A with a double-click on the edge, so the text is fully visible.
Check the checklist from the last lesson. The workbook is ready to show a teacher view.

Do not share the survey with “anyone can edit” into the class chat. When votes are collected, the teacher will say the steps. Today only data in a private workbook.

One sheet, two columns: subject and grade. At the bottom a sum and an average.

Rows = days, columns = income / spend / left.

What next

Cell kid will teach you to select ranges, colours, merge cells and make a table look nice. Formula kid adds SUM, average, MIN, MAX and copying formulas. Those four projects at the top will start to come together.

If something in the workbook is missing, fix it now. In a week in Cell kid you will rather have a clean start.
