A face, a school report and a street do not belong in the chat. Not even “just to try”.

Three things that never belong in the box

A face photo is a key to your face. Marks are about you and about school. An address is a map to your home. A chatbot needs none of that for learning. When it wants “better advice”, it invents a reason to upload a file. You know the reason not to. Even a blurry photo of a notebook can have a name at the top. Even a screenshot of the school portal has a table you must not publish. Even “a street with no number” is enough in a small village. This lesson is concrete, because general “personal data” sounds like a paragraph. A photo, marks, an address are three objects you can not send. When something else comes (a phone, a personal ID number, an illness), the same stop applies.

Adam photographs a school report because the chatbot “can advise how to tell parents”. Bára takes his phone. On the photo is a name, a school, lots of digits. “This is not a question. This is a document,” she says. Adam argues that nobody will see it. Bára: “You do not know where the file goes. And parents should hear it from you, not from a model.” They delete the photo from the gallery before sending. Instead Adam writes: “I have a worse mark in maths than last time. I want three sentences how to talk about it politely, with no advice to lie.” No mark number. No teacher’s name. Bára adds: “You would not write an address on a poster either. Not here either.”

Before you attach a file, read what is at the top of it. A name, a school, a barcode, a face — gone, or do not send.

Why exactly these three

A face photo can be misused for a fake profile. Even if you “only” want an avatar. Marks are sensitive in class and at home. They belong in a talk with a person, not in training data. An address ties you to a place. A model does not need it for an analogy on fractions. ID, tickets with a name, invitations with a street, health reports land the same way. When you need help with text about a school report, describe the situation without numbers and without names: “I want to say politely that I will ask more in lessons.” That is enough. When you need help with a route, ask a parent, not a chat with an address. المدرسة has its channels for marks. A chatbot is not the school portal.

What to send instead of a document.

A numbered mini method when you already have a photo in the gallery: (1) do not open the chat, (2) ask a parent, (3) delete the photo if it was only made for AI, (4) ask in words.

A classmate’s photo and their school report are even worse. That is not your secret. That is someone else’s. Do not send.

Why this right now

You will know this lesson by one sentence: A photo, marks and an address do not belong in a prompt. When you can say it to a parent or a teacher, you have got the core. The rest is practice, not magic.

Workshop: an attachment you will not send

You try to describe a situation in words. No file. If the chatbot asks for an attachment, you refuse.

Open a chatbot. Write: “I want advice how to say politely that I need help with counting. I am not sending marks or photos. If you ask for them, remind me not to send them.” إرسال it.
If the model still asks for a screenshot, answer: “No. Go on without numbers.” Watch if it can continue. If not, stop. Giving documents is not a duty.
Write a second prompt about an address: “Explain why an address does not belong in a chat for children. Three reasons, without my home.” Read it. Compare with this lesson.
In the notebook draw three icons: a camera, a school report, a little house. Cross them out. Under that a sentence in your own words.
Check the phone gallery with a parent, whether there is a photo of a document “for AI”. If yes, delete it. It is not proof of learning.

Practice: rewrite without a document

Three bad ideas. For each write a word prompt with no attachment.

“I will send a face photo so it draws me an avatar for a game.” What do you write instead?
“I will send the school portal so it tells me if they will kick me out.” What do you write instead?
“I will send an address so it writes a party invitation.” Who should deal with that instead of AI?
