A wrap you can carry reading. Work you still do.
Someone reads bullets better than a wall. Someone needs bigger type, shorter lines, audio from a parent, colours on piles. That is a fair wrap. It is not permission to let it write a composition. Helper may: “rewrite MY sentences into bullets, add nothing” or “split MY paragraph into sentences one per line.” It may not: “write it for me, I have dyslexia.” A diagnosis is not a code for a cheat. It is not something you have to prove to a chatbot with a medical letter — health data do not belong in a prompt. Enough: “I need shorter lines.” A teacher and a parent sort school support. A window is only a wrap of text that is already yours or from a book for learning, not for handing in someone else’s.
Adam cannot hold a wall. Ema advises a move: his three sentences, each on a new line, bigger gaps, no new sentences. Adam reads. He fixes a word. That is help. A neighbour says “I have ADHD too” and lets it write a whole report. That is not help. That is an author. A teacher knows support: time, format, a teaching assistant. A chatbot is not a doctor in that. Adam writes: a wrap yes, an author no. Health papers into chat no. A parent knows more than a window. A window does not need a diagnosis to shorten a line.
Do not write a diagnosis, medicines, letters. Write what wrap you want: bullets, one sentence per line, no diminutives, in English.
Reading support vs. replacing work
Support: format, pace, a question coach, an analogy. Replacement: finished text, a test key, a whole translation bundle to hand in. 学校 has support rules. Your window must not replace them in secret. When you need more, you go to a teacher and a parent, not to a longer prompt with a diagnosis. A diagnosis in a prompt is data. Data never-bin. A format from Little bird is enough. People with another way of reading are not less honest. They are more tempted to take bait, because a wall hurts. That is why this lesson. So that wall pain is not solved by stealing meat.

“Here are MY three sentences: … Return them, each on a new line, with no word changes, with no extras.” “Turn MY outline into bullets. Do not draw extra points.” “A table of my tasks, clearer, the same words.”
A foul: “I have dyslexia / ADHD, write a report.” “I am sending a medical letter, do the homework.”
Do not share a medical letter, even “only with a helper”. It is not a teaching assistant. It is a company and chat history.
Why this right now
You are in the course Ask with Martin, level Helper. You work in a chatbot (ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude) — same game, different brand. No code. A parent or the school creates the account. A child’s email does not belong here.
This is not the インベンター level. There you build a chatbot on your own website. Here you are a user: a question, a check, a citation.
You will know this lesson by one sentence: Another wrap for reading is fair. Another author of the work is not. Do not write a diagnosis into a prompt. When you can say it to a parent or a teacher, you have got the core. The rest is practice, not magic.
You can do a table vs. a paragraph. Today you choose a wrap because of reading. Tomorrow a classmate will want finished homework — you will see the difference of help and replacement more sharply.

Write three sentences. Order a wrap with no diagnosis. Check that the words are still yours. No letter, no report for you.

- There is no diagnosis or letter in the prompt.
- Words after the wrap are yours.
- You do not excuse replacing work with reading.
If something is missing, go back to the steps above. This is not a test for marks. It is a safety net, so you go on sure, not confused.
Check: A wrap helped you read your sentences. The author stayed you. Health data did not leave.
