Sorter — finale

Data clean, summaries fit, ready for the Modeller and the Boss.

The Sorter does not calculate scenarios. The Sorter prepares the road.

You can filter, split text, remove duplicates, nest KDYŽ, COUNTIF, validation and survey clean-up. Without that the Modeller builds formulas on sand and the Chart maker draws from double apples.

Today a final clean-up of the whole project and the Sorter level checklist.

Sorter check list

LessonCan you?
Advanced filter + reset
Text to columns (when yes, when no)
Remove duplicates by ID/day
Nested KDYŽ on grades/pocket money
Summary D:E with COUNTIF
Validation of a list and grades
Survey clean-up pipeline
Check before sharing

Final project clean-up

  1. Znamky: validation 1–5, column C Status, filter off, average B8.

  2. Kapesne: column E Status (minus/zero/plus), day duplicates gone, Kč format.

  3. Pruzkum: column clean (MALÁ/TRIM), D:E COUNTIF, SUM OK, raw export on Pruzkum-surovy or a hidden sheet.

  4. Run the checklist from the lesson “Check before sharing”. PDF of three sheets.

  5. On Poznamky: what was the most common problem in the data (spaces? duplicates? capital letters?).

💡

修了証: finished the Sorter level? In 修了証 print the Sorter diploma 🔎 — data under control is half the success of a table.

What is next in the course

The Modeller adds XLOOKUP, scenarios and data tables on Kapesne. The Chart maker already has charts — now they will sit on a clean summary. The Workbook boss builds a dashboard from links, not from copies.

Do not save “clean-up for later”. Later an extra formula arrives and you will not know which cell is lying.

🏫 Grade average — final state

Five subjects, each once. Average a formula. Column C for the human eye. Chart from B, not from C.

💰 Pocket money — final state

Seven rows, no duplicates. D formulas. Validation B,C. Ready for the F2 scenario at the Modeller.

📊 Class survey — final state

D:E automatic, chart and sentence fit. Anonymity of names in the shared version.

🏆 Mini dashboard — clean input

When you later link from the dashboard to Znamky!B8 and the survey summary, the numbers must already be true now. The Sorter guaranteed that.

Now you 💪

  1. Tick off the table above.
  2. Final PDF + a note about the most common data mistake.
  3. Show the teacher or a parent the survey summary — without explaining filters.

Check: You are a Sorter — data is clean, summaries fit, sharing is safe. 🎉
