A fridge sees tasks. A vault sees passwords. Do not mix.
A family planner is one of the course projects. It is a table: days, tasks, clubs, learning blocks, who picks up. It is not a password vault, it is not a printout of marks, it is not a chat where you sort a row. A model may suggest columns and order. A parent approves. You fill tasks in words that may hang on a fridge. A noticeboard test from التحضير: would it bother in a staff room? Would it bother a guest in the kitchen? A Wi-Fi password would bother. A maths mark would bother. “Wednesday 4 pm flute, Thursday 20 min history quiz” would not. A helper that stuffs codes into a plan gets a stop. Same never-bin. Only in a week table.
Bára lets it “make a planner including account passwords, so we have it in one place”. Ema takes the phone. “In one place is a trap.” A table: Mon–Sun, columns me / flute / school / AI block. No passwords. No marks. A training address with no house number, if it would hang in public — better “the hall, mum knows”. The model added a column of average marks. Cross out. Mum prints or writes on paper. Chat is not where a planner lives. It lives on the fridge. Chat only helped set it. Chat history has a table with no secrets. That is intent, not chance.
Print a planner or write it. Do not leave it only in chat with passwords “for now”. For now becomes forever.
A fridge, a vault, a staff room
A fridge: family sees it, sometimes a guest. A vault: passwords, codes, IDs — a parent, a password manager, not this course. A staff room: a test of what does not belong here. A planner is a fridge. When a model pours a fridge together with a vault, it is a mix-up or a bad move. You fix: “tasks and times only, no codes, no marks, no addresses.” المدرسة tasks yes, the exact text of a test no. الاسمs of classmates who come to yours only with parents’ OK — better “a friend, mum knows”. Helper here watches privacy more than the beauty of a table. A pretty table with Wi-Fi is a disaster.

“Suggest a week table: days Mon–Sun, columns school task / club / 20 min learning. No passwords, marks, addresses, phones. No intro. I will fill it.”
After filling, check the rows with a kitchen-guest test.

A bad row: “WiFi password is … / maths 5 / street …”
Do not share a table with passwords into a school cloud “so a teacher has it”. A teacher does not want your Wi-Fi password.
Why this right now
You are in the course Ask with Martin, level Helper. You work in a chatbot (ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude) — same game, different brand. No code. A parent or the school creates the account. A child’s email does not belong here.
This is not the المبتكر level. There you build a chatbot on your own website. Here you are a user: a question, a check, a citation.
You will know this lesson by one sentence: A planner is a fridge with tasks. كلمة المرورs belong in a vault, not in a table from chat. When you can say it to a parent or a teacher, you have got the core. The rest is practice, not magic.
The week project is close. Today a fridge rule. Tomorrow a table vs. a paragraph — shape. كلمة المرورs never again in a shape.
