Audit “one truth”

Go through the workbook — where is a copy instead of a link?

One truth or three versions?

An audit means go through the workbook and find copies. Average in chat, in a PDF, on the dashboard and in B8 — four places, one number must be the source, the others links. When you find 1.8 hardcoded without =, you have two truths.

The lesson “One truth” from level 3 you expand to the whole project.

Audit checklist

  1. Average: only Znamky!B8 calculates. Dashboard C3, Prehled B1 = =Znamky!B8. Search Ctrl+F 1.8 — is it not hardcoded elsewhere?

  2. Spending: total only =SUMA(Kapesne!C2:C8) in one place. The dashboard links here or directly to C10, if SUM lives there.

  3. Survey: summary D:E COUNTIF. Dashboard C5/D5 a link to D2/E2 winner. Chart from D:E, not from column A.

  4. Chart: range A1:B6, not B8 average. A copied chart — check the data source after a change.

  5. PDF vs. workbook: a PDF is a snapshot of the day. After a grade change you do not update the PDF — you send a new one or you say “the live version is in the workbook”.

💡

An audit table on Poznamky: columns Cell | Should be | OK. The Modeller started it — the Boss finishes it for the whole workbook.

Copies that look innocent

Rule: you edit the source, dashboard and PDF only show.

What often goes wrong

A fix on the dashboard. You change C3 instead of B4 on Znamky.

IMPORTRANGE + a handmade copy. Two channels of the same number.

An old PDF as the truth. The teacher holds paper 1.6, the workbook 1.8.

🏫 Grade average — source B8

The only PRŮMĚR formula. Everything else a window.

💰 Pocket money — C vs H

Dashboard = C reality. H = model. Do not mix in KPI.

📊 Class survey — D:E

Winner from MAX of column E or D2 firmly after recalculation — but E must be COUNTIF.

🏆 Mini dashboard — audit xong

When C3:C5 are all links and the chart fits, the mini dashboard passed the audit.

Now you 💪

First: Ctrl+F search for hardcoded average and total numbers — fix to links.

Second: fill in the audit table for 5 key cells.

Check: One truth cell for the average, one for the spending total, D:E for the survey. No hidden copy.
